The European Lisbon Agenda and the National Diversity
The national reform programmes for 2006-2008 will highlight the different ways to adapt the Lisbon agenda to the national level. Further research should be mobilised to provide a deeper interpretation of these differences, notably by connecting them to typologies of:
The different innovation systems;
The different education systems;
The different Welfare regimes;
or the different public management systems.
This can also provide insights for a more effective implementation
